Truck clutch features:
Protect the drive system from overloading. When the car brakes suddenly, without the clutch, the engine is closely connected with the transmission system and will decelerate immediately. Therefore, all moving parts develop a large moment of inertia (perhaps much larger than that of the engine). (the maximum torque produced during normal operation) may cause the load on the drive system to exceed its load capacity and damage machine components. Clutches eliminate this danger by taking advantage of the relative motion that can occur between the active and driven parts of the clutch. Therefore, in order to ensure safety, a clutch is required to limit the maximum torque that the transmission system can withstand.
The brake disc is an important part of the clutch. This is a circular steel disc, usually made of friction material, that is attached to the engine's crankshaft. The purpose of the plywood is to transmit engine power to the gearbox. When the clamping pedal is released, the friction between the clamping plate and the clamping power plate causes them to come into close contact and rotate together. In this way, the power from the engine is transmitted to the gearbox through the push plate, and the car moves forward. When the snatch pedal is depressed, the frictional pressure between the snatch plate and grab plate is reduced or eliminated, causing them to separate. In this way, the engine and transmission can be separated and the car can stop or shift gears without energy transfer.
